It was a pleasure working with Susan. She was very professional through out the process of selling our home. Susan has a great understanding of the current real estate market. I bought and sold a house with Sue. Absolutely the best realtor in the area hands down! She is honest, hard working, willing to tell you the positives and negatives of a property. Exactly what you want in a great realtor, not about the sale but wants you to be happy. We looked at houses together for so long, I can’t believe she stuck with us. She is a friend in my book. I will always highly highly recommend her to anyone I know!

Where do I begin... As a first time home buyer, I was completely lost. I had no idea where to begin or what the home buying process consisted of. From the start, Susan made me feel assured and walked me through the whole process. From connecting me with her local bank contacts to answering any and all of my questions very quickly, I felt an incredible amount of support through my entire home buying journey - she made me feel like no question was stupid and made herself available after hours. Susan constantly sent me listings and quickly scheduled showings. Unlike many real estate professionals, Susan was honest and transparent through all showings and negotiations. It was clear that she was advocating for me and always kept open communication. While I was happy to close on my home, I did feel a little sad that I would not be seeing her or chatting as often moving forward. Susan made me feel comfortable, heard, and was an excellent representative through all house buying motions. There is no question that I will be contacting Susan for all my restate needs moving forward. Thank you, Susan! You are the best!

Sue is the only person I trust with buying or selling property. Her knowledge, professionalism, and demeanor cannot be matched by anyone! In both instances we've worked with her she was able to sell our properties quickly, and at a higher price!

Susan is very professional to work with. It was a pleasure to do business with her. She helped me all the way from start to finish and made all related transactions go smoothly. Her expertise with real estate and knowledge of the geographical area made it a plus. She also made it easy for me to sell my property by recommending people to do some professional work related to my house at an affordable price and very quick to respond.
