My wife and I cannot praise Sue too highly. One only need look on this website to discover her phenomenal record. It speaks to Sue’s conscientious and tireless work ethic; and her depth of knowledge, experience & connections within the real estate market. She is extraordinarily effective on every level- always available by phone, text or email, even when out of the county. Sue can call up every kind of resource and attends to every detail of the process, whether it’s decluttering and staging a home recommending what needs to be done and what flaws can remain without a negative impact, or producing a contractor to attend to a last minute fix. Her engaging personality and intellect makes Sue a delight to be around. Sue’s honesty and integrity has earned her the trust and respect of both her clients and her peers in the real estate world which is what makes her so effective in her negotiations with brokers, as well as buyers or sellers on the other side of the table. To amplify the point, when the family that purchased our home recently moved again, they chose Sue as their broker. You will not find a more effective real estate broker, or one who has more ability to relieve the stress that attends the process.

Sue Revis is a consummate professional in working closely with a home owner in every aspect of marketing and selling a home. We could not be more pleased with our selection of Sue. She began by presenting valuable information and insight about the market for homes in our area. Sue distinguished herself among the several Realtors that we were considering with her thoughtful and strategic personal assessment of how to best “position” and market our home. She then identified, committed to, and delivered a comprehensive marketing campaign that continued throughout the entire time that our home was on the market. Importantly, Sue and her firm “invested” in our sale by paying the significant marketing costs as they were incurred; other Realtors we interviewed wanted to defer their payment of marketing costs until closing. And, no other Realtor promised as an extensive, multi-faceted marketing campaign as Sue. In this way (and many others throughout the entire sales process), Sue made it clear that we were in this important process “together.” Sue then helped us think through the staging required to best show our home, tactfully and professionally suggesting changes to our furnishings and décor. Throughout the entire sales process, Sue always strives for excellence. For example, when some of the draft marketing materials did not meet Sue’s high standards, she insisted without hesitation that they be redone. (We weren’t so sure this was necessary until we saw the perfection that replaced what others might have thought as “good enough.”) Moreover, Sue was always only a phone call away as we addressed the many uncertainties of selling our home. Importantly, Sue was directly involved in each showing our home, so we always knew that our home’s many features and benefits were being professionally presented to each potential buyer. Sue was also actively involved in negotiations and discussions once a buyer emerged. We have worked with Sue on both the buy and sale side of the home owner process, and found her to be the consummate professional.
