Susan helped me list and sell a home, and then later, purchase, list, and sell another home. In all aspects of these transactions, I cannot praise her expertise and knowledge in all fields of real estate enough. She always handles any concerns with calm and positivity. Clearly, she is passionate about her career and brings complete satisfaction with the final outcome for all parties involved. Susan was phenomenal! Our family had a very large farm property to sell in Orange Co, that had been in the family for many decades. Susan held our collective hand (we needed it!), and guided us through all the ups and downs. It was a complicated sale with many surprise issues along the way. But, Susan persevered. She was willing to delve into details that other agents just wouldn't have. And in the end, we got a tremendous price and even closed on schedule! It just wouldn't have happened without Susan. I wouldn't dream of using anyone else for my next real estate sale.
