Susan helped us buy our first home in Fort Mill and was amazing to work with! She was organized, friendly and very knowledgeable in the field. She made buying a home and navigating all the details so easy! After we moved in, she even brought our family a delicious home cooked meal! (We just had a baby and this was the sweetest gesture!) Five years later, she also helped us sale our home. We moved from the area do to a job loss/transition during the beginning of the year and then the pandemic hit. She made one of the most stressful times in our lives more peaceful and manageable! After leaving the area, she connected us with an awesome realtor in our new town too. You seriously will not find a better realtor in the area! I highly highly recommend Susan for all your housing needs!

Susan is patient and also fun to work with! We came to the area with ZERO knowledge about schools and commutes and she helped us navigate that and the crazy high pressure housing market in Fort Mill. She was with us every step and picked up on our wants and needs from the first time we met. We would use her again for sure and recommend you do too!!
