Sunny did an excellent job selling our home. Sunny was recommended by a coworker who sold his home the year before. We interviewed several agents, including Sunny, asking them several questions each. After all the walk-throughs and questions we easily chose to work with Sunny, she and her team are clear standouts. Sunny made excellent recommendations for preparing the home for sale. Sunny identified excellent contractors to work with, met the contractors at the home and developed all the work orders paperwork. All I had to do was make the payments. We listed on a Thursday and had 10 offers in hand the following Tuesday. The home was in closing the same week. Sunny is a true real estate professional you can trust.

Hadley was available any time of day or night to help with the whole process. She is savvy with negotiating and is a solid advocate for her buyers. She helped clarify any document or meeting I was a part of if I got confused. I highly recommend Hadley!

Hadley has been a great partner in helping me find and make my first home purchase. The hunt to purchase took years for me but I never felt hurried or pressured. You really want someone to personalize the process for you than get pulled to a process that’s efficient for the agent, and that’s Hadley! As a first time buyer with limited knowledge about real estate and local rules, Hadley and the Elston team were able to help me learn, guide and make informed choices along the home buying process (finding the place, sharing callouts and information about the house and location that you wouldn’t typically get, helping with the loan and mortgage process etc.). Hadley was our realtor for our first home. She was very professional, very helpful, highly responsive, and extremely approachable. She was always a call or a text away for viewing requests, questions, helping us understand comparable market data, writing offers, seeking reports from sellers' agents, and helping with recommendations. She also went above and beyond after our offer was accepted coordinating with the lender, escrow, and seller agent making it easy for us throughout the closing process. Sunny and Steve helped us a bunch of times with decision-making using their rich realtor experience. Sunny was our go-to person for understanding neighborhood market trends and Steve was always a call/text away to understand something complex on the inspection report. The Elston's are a great team to work with coz of their specialized backgrounds and unique experiences unlike a lot of other solo realtors.
