Peyton truly made home searching and buying a breeze. Through the frustration of this 2022 market we were still able to land our dream home and it could not have been done without the knowledge and insight Peyton brings. Peyton was amazing to work with! He was there for us every step of the way and was very knowledgeable in pointing out what things to look for when seeing a house. His market analysis of each house we liked really help protect us from over spending for something that wasn’t worth it. During such a crazy time in the market he was always there to show us any house we wanted to see and helped us find the perfect house! We would definitely recommend Peyton and The Marshall Group to anyone looking to buy or sell their house!

Peyton was a joy to work with. Before the house went on the market, he assessed my goals and made suggestions for improvements to maximize my profit. He was responsive to my questions and had answers readily available. My house was on the market less than a week when we had received numerous offers. Peyton walked me through every step of the process, through closing. I highly recommend him.

Guys makes me submit an application before he is willing to show me the house. I went ahead and paid $30 on zillow so that I can apply. And then he never gets back to me even 5 days later. I have excellent credit, 5x the rent as income, no pets, non smoker, no record of missing rent or eviction. There wasn't any reason not to get a response. He should at least update me, approved or not, considering he made me pull my credit, pay a fee without any showing. I finally went to a different place and got approved the same day for a better looking house and cheaper rent. Still not happy about paying for no reason. Your call will likely go unanswered as about half a dozen of my calls did over 3 days of time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
