I started working with Raymond 6 months before I was ready to seriously start looking for a home. He stayed on top of my tasks for the entire time. He took my feedback on what I was looking for and kept me right on top of the latest listing, which was great in a market like this where properties sold quickly. He's so quick to respond and attentive to my needs. He helped me find the PERFECT home! I can't recommend him enough.

In my experience with this real estate agent/agency, I felt misled into working with them. Despite my attempts to terminate the buyer's agency agreement, I encountered resistance, mainly from the head broker Steve Robe who was dead set on keeping me in a contract I wanted out of. Transparency and honesty were lacking throughout the process, leading to a frustrating and disappointing experience to say the least. If you decide you want to work with this agency they will use the buyers agency agreement like a chain around your neck and make you get an attorney to terminate (-$350 later).
