Steve was amazing since day one! He was patient when we had homes we wanted to view. He is attentive and pays attention to detail on what we were looking for. Anytime I had a question or concern he took the time to respond and even after closing he has offered to help with scammers. I felt at ease having him as my realtor and was honest with his opinions and looking out for our best interest.

Michael helped me buy my dream home in 2018, I had a bucket list that was not easy to fill. He did great, I always brag he got 9/10 of my nonnegotiable feature requirements correct and the 10th was well impossible. Appreciated his honesty, his integrity and patience, I had big dreams and high expectations. When the deal was done Michael stayed in touch and was very helpful with the little things that really had nothing to do with the sale of a house. Now in 2021I want to sell, extremely unfortunate but true. Michael was up for the challenge very professional and understanding this was not an easy decision for me. He worked hard getting everything just perfect for an amazing outcome.

From start to finish, Michael was on the ball. Great knowledge of the area and the real estate market. Knowing when to wait, and when to push for your needs was a great advantage. Glad to have a coach in our corner. Being Canadian we had to have complete trust and hands off during the sales process, Michael’s team of associates helped us through the financials and legal jargon to make an easy transition to escrow and closing. Michael went over and above on the full spectrum of tasks even helping with some last minute items “out of scope” for a realtor we had missed as home owners.

Michael is top notch! He is by far the best realtor we have ever used. Due to my job relocation across country, we were in a bit of a panic. Not to mention Covid had just hit the country. Michael stepped up to the plate with out hesitation. He knew exactly what needed to be done. His communication skills and knowledge of the real-estate market is outstanding. If you are looking to sell or purchase a home, Michael is the realtor your looking for! We highly recommend him to anyone.
