My husband and I recently sold and purchased a home in Suffield through Stephen, what a quick, efficient and professional experience. My husband and I were glad we chose Stephen to help us sell our house. He was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns throughout the entire process. He conducted open houses and was very responsive to perspective buyers and their questions. About a month after our house went on the market we moved into our new home, which was about two hours away. Stephen checked on the property -- both inside and out -- throughout the winter months. He set up and coordinated the repairs requested by the buyers. In addition, as we were out of the area, he went to the house when the repairs were being done. Stephen is both professional and personable. He is patient, understanding, kind and steady. Every real estate deal has its challenging moments. Stephen helped us navigate through those moments extremely skillfully, which lessened our angst. My husband and I would highly recommend Stephen Simard to anyone looking to sell their house.
