Debbie is fantastic. I cannot recommend her highly enough. We started our journey of moving from Michigan to Florida in February 2023. Debbie was very helpful every step of the way from our initial phone calls (where we asked a million questions) to actually meeting her in late August 2023. We had 10 days in the St. Augustine area to find a house, and Debbie hit the ground running. She had us scheduled and organized to see several houses each day, and she was even kind enough to schedule a coffee break in between showings. When it came to finally making an offer, Debbie is a keen negotiator. She helped us craft a great offer that was immediately accepted. She also knows a ton of great contractors and service providers. Every one she recommended from the inspector to a painter has been excellent. Debbie surrounds herself with the best people, which is only appropriate because she is the best. Debbie, my family and I cannot thank you enough for finding us our dream home in Saint Augustine.

We found out that we had to move to Jacksonville within 2 months for career opportunities, and had never visited the area prior. We flew down on a mission to find a house in 1 week, and Debbie made it possible! She was a pleasure to work with - going above and beyond to help us meet our deadline, hit our price point and most importantly, find our dream home. Great communication, easy to work with and knowledgeable of the locations and market. I would definitely recommend Debbie’s services to anyone, especially folks who are new to the area & first time buyers like us!

Debbie was amazing. She guided me through buying my first home and then when the time came to move, helped me navigate selling in a challenging market.
