Stephen was extremely professional and thoughtful in developing the listing and working tirelessly to achieve the sale of our Mom's property. He and his team provided great staging services and several open houses to attract the right buyers. Stephen's guidance, advice, and personal attention to detail and questions was exceptional. Stephen was extremely professional and helpful in developing the listing and marketing it for a rapid (and successful) sale. Stephen's guidance and advice were spot on. Throughout our entire buying and selling process I was very impressed with Tim Vanstrein (whom I primarily worked with) and Stephen and their admin Karen. It had been 21 years since my wife and I last bought and sold our homes, but Stephen and team made the process smooth and trouble-free. Tim negotiated a few bumps in the road with expertise and I always felt he and the entire Criterion team had our best interests in mind. Their values, honesty, and work ethic are second to none! They also know the market well in this part of Washington and our interests were well-represented. I highly recommend the Criterion team and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

For lack of 6 or more stars, i will give Tim Vanstrien all five. He is one very patient agent who gives enough time to his customers. This was our very first time to buy a house and i have learnt so much from him. He delivered more than we expected. He is always ready to answer messages and calls on time, very punctual when going to house viewing and so fast to put on an offer, follow up on the whole process and has bunch of connections to everyone you will need. Tim, you came as God's sent when we were lost in house hunting and you really opened our eyes. I would tell everyone who comes across this comment to come to Windemere and shout out TIM!!!
