Stan is THE most AMAZING realtor. His experience, market knowledge, loyalty and hands-on support have far exceeded my family’s expectations again and again. He’s handled many transactions for us from all perspectives - selling, buying, and renting of residential and commercial properties. When my parents moved to Florida and wanted to sell their Livingston home, he said “go, I’ll take care of everything.” And he did. My parents were ecstatic. During Covid when we wanted to sell our multi-use, 10-unit commercial property (while I too was in FL), he got the property ready -- coordinating repairs, getting the best tenants into retail and residential leases (including an anchor UPS Store), and despite the slowdown in commercial real estate, he sold the property for far more than my family ever imagined. Most recently, my wife and I decided to downsize from our family home in Warren to a condo in Morristown. Once again, he was there throughout, and following some tough negotiations, he got it ALL done. If you need a realtor, contact Stan -- you’ll be glad you did!

Tt was an exceptional experience. Quickly built genuine trust with us. Offered excellent advice in a straightforward manner regarding pricing, staging furniture, timing for the open house. He invested in a beautiflly crafted color brochure, arranged for a special photographer to enhance the look of our condo in the most advantageous manner. AND, we sold at the highest price for a 2 bedroom condo in the history of Eagle Ridge. He makes and keeps appointments...always comes at the appointed time...returns his calls in a timely fashion... is available 14 hours a day...Anyone who chooses to work with Stan Rubin will enjoy a very comfortable, trusting, cordial relationship.

We met Stan by chance after expressing interest in looking at a home we saw on Zillow. Whereas that home was not a good fit, Stan offered to show us a few other houses in our target neighborhood. Less than a week later, we were in contract to purchase a newly constructed home. From that point forward, Stan worked tirelessly to make sure we closed. This included finding a local inspector, working with the town on a tax assessment issue, and following up with lawyers on both sides to try and get us to closing before we moved out of our existing home. Ultimately, our transaction proved complicated as the builder had trouble procuring a Certificate of Occupancy promptly due to a survey issue, a need for a homeowner's warranty, and many other open items. It is only because of Stan's knowledge and constant follow-up that we successfully closed, as he proactively identified additional issues that had the potential to create more delays or kill the transaction. Stan has extensive real estate knowledge of the neighborhood where he operates (he has resided there for almost 40 years). He is amicable, honest, extremely professional, communicates regularly, and is willing to swim way outside his lane to ensure his customers are happy. We highly recommend Stan for all your real estate needs, have already recommended him to others, and intend to use him when we contemplate our next move. The commission he earned on our transaction was very well-earned, and I honestly believe he was underpaid relative to the amount of work he did to get us into our new house. He is also a really good human being!

My experience was awesome. He gave me great advice, took care of everything he said he would and made sure I was stress free during the entire process. He kept me informed at every step and knew exactly what to do to get my property sold quickly at the right price.
