Nawaz was very patient and guided us through our house buying journey. He was very responsive and organized showings on short notice and in multiple locations. Finally he negotiated on behalf of us with the seller to get get us a seller credit.

I did a huge amount of homework before picking a realtor and it litterally paid off. I can look back and say I selected the best realtor to use. It's a good feeling. Nawaz is a master at creating a competing offer scenario that will really drive your homes sale price higher. He's absolutely knowledgeable in all aspects. Him and I texted all the time and he answered every question incredible promptly. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't change a thing.

Highly recommend Nawaz Shaikh as a realtor of choice! Nawaz helped me purchase my first home and navigate through this whole experience.
