Stan sold our home pretty quick. My issue was communication was horrible. You don’t even get a call if you get a offer. They send a email. I always had to call them He didn’t even call or send a card to congratulate us. Would I use him again. Unfortunately NO!

Rick and Grace were very responsive to all of my messages/emails! They helped me to understand the home buying process better and helped make the process of buying my first home a simple one! When we went out to view the home, Rick ensured that I was getting a great deal for what we were interested in. He also met all of our scheduled showings without any issues. Samantha is an awesome realtor. Sam is so patient, helpful, caring, knowledgeable, informative and her negotiating skills are amazing. As a first time home buyer I was so overwhelmed and stressed, but Sam always reassured me that I can do this. She treated me like family and not just her client and that definitely meant a lot. Samantha is such a genuine person, she went over and beyond to find me my forever home and now I'm officially a home owner. Also I've gained a true friend and sister for like. Being a veteran not familiar with GA's home buying requirements, Samantha was very helpful in all aspects of home buying. She is someone I will be telling future home owners to look up in their quest to find the right home for their future needs and requirements. Bottom line is Samantha was their when I had any issues from anyone through out this process.
