Stacy Hecht was such a fabulous real estate agent! She was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and quick to answer texts. She had great ideas and advice that definitely helped us receive an outstanding offer for our home, which closed today. We felt as though she partnered with us to get the house sold. We would highly recommend her!

Stacy reached out to us when she found out that our dream home was coming to market and helped us avoid getting into a bidding frenzy by landing an off-market deal at a very good price. She was also the listing agent when we sold our old house and we went pending within 24 hours our listing our property.

Stacy is an excellent real estate agent, and was instrumental for us in our ability to both buy & sell homes in a crazy hot Seattle market within a few weeks! Stacy has multiple superpowers: 1. Deep expertise on the local market and strong local network with other agents, brokers, service providers, etc 2. Strong intuition on customers and a knack for quickly understanding our needs as both buyers and sellers (with minimal guidance) 3. Amazing work ethic and hustle - she gets things done! We had a great working experience with Stacy, and would be delighted to work with her again in the future. She’s a fantastic agent!

It is hard to state just how valuable Stacy is as our realtor, but I will try. Stacy is so good at her job she makes me want to be better at my job. It is that impressive. During our house search, her level of tact, generosity, negotiation skills and knowledge of the ins and outs of the home buying market consistently flew above all expectations we had. and that was just the cherry on top. My wife and I bought a home for the first time in the Seattle/Tacoma area with Stacy back in September/October. It was our first home, we were out of state, we were also planning a road trip wedding and managing the pandemic while I looked for work and my wife's job had changed significantly due to the pandemic, so stress levels seemed high in our little bubble. All of that is a testament to how amazing Stacy is at what she does. We closed on our house and got married the next day. Not only did Stacy make this possible for us she did it with poise and confidence that reassured us that all was well. Stacy wadded through all of our options about what we wanted, was patient when we insisted on seeing houses, she knew we wouldn't want but knew we had to see them to believe it, offered her time and resources at levels that just blew us away. The mortgage broker she connected us to and worked with was on the same level of helpful and giving and in the end, she led us to and unlocked the house we have now that we love and adore. When I asked my wife to help me with what to say for this review, I think she put it quite well when she said, "Stacy is amazing and great and excellent at everything." When we are ready to buy more property, we will use Stacy until she retires, hands down. I cannot stress enough how important it is to have people like her in your corner coaching you and helping you get through the emotional roller-coaster that is buying real estate in a hot market. Stacey is there for you when you needed it, knows how to work the system in ways other realtors do not and can make the whole process feel as special and fulfilling as it needs to be. If you can get Stacy as your realtor, do it.
