Staci is an incredible real estate agent. From listing to closing she was with us every step of the way and always kept us informed of the process. She’s a true advocate for her clients and her knowledge of the local area was very evident. Our house sold in the second showing, which was about 30 hours from the time it was listed. Staci is simply the best!

I worked with her remotely prior to my PCS. She helped me get the sellers to have little things fixed, set up an interior paint job and carpet replacement all before I arrived so that my new house would be ready for me upon arrival. She did multiple trips out to the property durring the holidays so that she could check the progress of the jobs even before closing. She worked fast with the other agent in order to facilitate my timeline and that of my lending officer.

Staci was amazing throughout the whole process!!! Being military it can be difficult to find the right home in time before uprooting from several states away. Staci provided expert knowledge of the area, and did marathon showings with us over FaceTime finding a way to show us every nook and cranny. 100% would recommend her every time and I most certainly will go to her if I need to sell my home

Staci got my house on the market immediately and was able to get under contract right away. She was able to coordinate all necessary repairs and we closed the house a month earlier than expected.

After five years of having a property for rent in Junction City KS, the time came to have it up for sale. Mathis Luker was a natural choice since they had been, as property managers, taken care of it all that time, and also has a realtor agency. Staci Schroeder handled the whole transaction from beginning to end in a very professional manner. knowledgeable, responsive, accommodating are words I would use to describe my interaction with Staci. We worked together, and in about six weeks the place was sold. I could add a few more things about my experience with Staci but will leave it at that. the house is sold. My check came just as she said it would. I guess not much to say other than I am quite satisfied with the transactions and dealings. Thank you, Staci! Juan M. Oct.2019
