My husband and I made the bittersweet decision of listing our home for sale in October 2020. My family and I have worked with Ian and Sima in the past and are always eternally grateful for all of their hard work and dedication, therefore, they are the only team for us! Ian was extremely professional and patient with us. He knows his business and the market and gave us great advice and guidance. I was nervous with listing in the midst of a pandemic, but between masks, gloves and hand sanitizer, all went as smooth as possible. We listed our home at a fair price and had a 1 hour open house (which I was a bit skeptical about)...there was a line outside of my house and we had multiple offers within hours of being on the market. We got top dollar for our home. Being in the middle of both the selling and buying end can be extremely stressful, but Ian worked behind the scenes to alleviate the stress on my end. I can’t thank him enough for all that he did for us and will continue to recommend him to all of my friends and family for their buying & selling needs. THANKS AGAIN, IAN!!!

From the moment we signed with Sima Wolf, the process of selling our house was stress-free. The photos taken were professionally done & sold our house. Never thought that we would receive offers on the first day it was shown. Highly recommend Sima to list your home.

I would not recommend Sima or the Wolf team. They are knowledgeable about the process, providing resources and helpful with moving things along, but in retrospect we realize they never had our best interests in mind. They did not negotiate on our behalf nor did they ever point things out that may be of concern to a home buyer. Lyle was not helpful at all whenever we went out for showings or open houses, and it was difficult to coordinate showings with them on the weekends. Sima micromanaged the entire process in order to get the sale everything from using "her" mortgage dude and "this is the guy we usually use to do inspections."

Sima Wolf help me purchase my new home. The entire process was such and emotional rollercoaster and Sima was always there for me. She was aways there for me with any questions I had, day or night. She truly wanted me to enjoy my home as she did with her family!!!. Her heart and soul is in every home she sells. I would never work with anyone else. My family and I are blessed. Thanks to Sima we are now living in Paradise!!!!!!!!

Excellent knowledge in all aspects of the marketing of my home. Assisted me in staging and provided excellent photos for the sales brochure. Would recommend highly!
