Shonna was a great listener to my desires in selling and buying my houses. She takes the time after each viewing to go through pros and cons according to my list and then also provide realistic feedback on my expectations. She was patient with me throughout the process even when I asked the same questions again and again, and wanted to view many houses. Her knowledge, expertise and research helped to get me the best price for the house I sold as well as find the perfect house to buy. One of my particular desires was to be informed every step of the way and Shonna, along with her assistant and the lender, gave me the information I needed in a timely fashion. I appreciate her work ethic and highly recommend her services.
