When my dad died in January 2024, the weight of the loss was added to knowing that I would need to sell his house. Chad helped make the process go smoothly, explained things every step of the way, and was responsive to questions. Since there were multiple sellers involved in the sale as well as various trusts, it was not a straightforward house sale. But Chad got the answers to questions we had so that when we got to closing there were no hiccups or surprises. I am well-pleased with my experience, especially given the unusual circumstances. Chad was awesome throughout our home purchase! His combination of professionalism and friendliness was perfect and helped make an often stressful process comfortable for us.
