Danielle was the most important pillar in my home buying process. She did everything in her power to make my life easier during the initial search, and kept that same energy once we FINALLY got an accepted offer. I desperately needed her positive attitude to keep me in line after looking at 30+ properties and getting outbid on my first 3 offers. There was no pressure to make any decisions I wasn't comfortable with - she consistently reinforced patience to ensure that I would find something that I was going to be happy with. Danielle was also flexible with my busy work schedule and was extremely responsive outside of normal business hours and weekends. Her stable of quality contacts proved to be very helpful with each piece of the puzzle - from lenders to inspectors to insurance specialists, and everything in between. This was my 3rd real estate transaction and thanks to Danielle, it was by far the best experience. I won't be using anyone else in the future and you shouldn't either!
