She was always available for questions/concerns, and helped us work through several issues that came up with our home purchase. If we move again, Shawna will be our go to realtor. Highly recommend. Shawna was very instrumental in helping me purchase my new home and was very involved in the entire process. She handled everything all the way up to closing and kept me informed as we were moving forward. I was so impressed with her vast knowledge and skill that I hired her to list my current home. It was all around a great experience working with her through both processes as she was very professional and always highly responsive! 5 star recommended for all your real estate needs! I could write a novel on how absolutely PERFECT Shawna Aughenbaugh is as a realtor. And I could write another novel telling her how thankful we are. Instead I will just tell YOU that if you need a realtor get the best in Madison County. She puts in so much research and work on behalf of her clients to make sure that the house is priced perfect to sell and was there for us EVERY STEP of the way. She is truly an amazing person and the absolute best realtor.

Shawna has helped me to buy/sell a few houses now and I can't imagine using anyone else. I've know her for years as a friend and a realtor. I am SO impressed with her wealth of knowledge, resources and her commitment to ALL of her customers. You don't have to be her friend to be treated like one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
