Sharon is an amazing professional who was truly instrumental in the purchase of our home. Throughout the entire process she was there for us and seemed very knowledgeable about the real estate market in the area. She stayed in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. There was never a time that I couldn't reach out to her with questions. This was a remote purchase for us as we are California residents. Sharon made a 17- minute video for us starting with the outside of the house, front and back, then moved inside and filmed the entire home room by room, all the while narrating the video for us. She even recorded the model and serial numbers of all the appliances in the home for our information. It was such an amazing video that we made an offer on the home based upon the video. I believe Sharon went above and beyond in making this happen for us. I would highly recommend Sharon if you’re looking for someone who goes the extra mile for her clients.

Sharon answered my initial call quickly and was pleasant enough. She asked me to text her my email, which I immediately did and she quickly responded she got it. That's where things stopped. She never responded to another text or call. I'm so highly disappointed in her lack of professionalism and respect. If nothing else, it takes 20 seconds to respond by text. Shameful.

Sharon was very responsive to my request, she walked me through the process of selling my house, answering all my questions and giving great advice. Excellent knowledge of the market and has a very personal approach. I felt comfortable throughout the process has she kept me well informed.

What a fantastic experience we had with Sharon Murray of Realty Austin. Her experience and knowledge of the Austin market were invaluable as we listed our home in a challenging market. Not is Sharon the consummate professional, she has such a kind heart. With her hard work, we were able to sell our home. Anastasia Duarte also provided phenomenal support during the listing process. We had a very positive experience working with Sharon and ended up with a home we love. She has a broad knowledge of home construction, contractors, market conditions and the Lakeway area.
