There’s no other way to put it, Shannon was perfect! Selling our house was not something we wanted to do, but needed to do, and Shannon was extremely sensitive to our situation. I was actually so stressed about all of it, that I had nothing to do with finding out her. My husband, Chris, did all of the interviewing and talked to multiple people, and made the decision to go with Shannon Lamb. And I’m so glad he did!!! He could not have picked a more perfect person, for us! She guided us through every step, from getting our house ready to go, what we should keep, what we should get rid of, how we could declutter, and how we could rearrange. She pushed us in all the right ways, but let us stay in control of making the decisions on what was best for our situation. She gave us ideas, but also stepped back and said these these are thoughts, but if you don’t do it, it’s OK too! She walked with us through the process from pictures, to put it on the market, to finding the best buyer and the best offer, to signing the papers and receiving our funding. She not only walked with us, but she cried with us, she mourned with us, she celebrated with us, and she cheered us on! If you are looking for someone who you can trust, to sell your most prized possession, I would 1000% recommend Shannon!!! She has your back, every step of the way! She is brilliant in her ideas and her experience, and you would not ever be concerned that she has anything but your best interest at heart! She made this process, as hard as it’s been, so much lighter, and we will be forever grateful for her! We love you, Shannon??????

Shannon was our realtor as we worked with a builder on building our new home. She was knowledgeable about the area and did a great job communicating. She also was helpful when negotiating with the builder. I’d definitely recommend!

Shannon is a realtor who goes above and beyond one would expect. She came highly recommended by a friend who was very impressed with her skillset. Shannon was outstanding as she went through the entire process at the beginning as well as setting expectations. She explained her approach to selling and staging the house, provided comps and recommendations on the best interest of selling, and listened to my thoughts & feedback. Shannon created a great partnership but honestly working with her felt more like a friendship than a business partnership.
