We couldn’t be more happy. Our condo was on the market just 1day. We closed remotely, no issues, smooth and communications were excellent. We bought the condo 4 years ago with the underwood group and sold it with the same. Both activities were handled professionally and quickly. Highly recommend Shane.

Shane was so helpful, professional, and insightful throughout the entire selling process. I worked with one of his colleagues in his group to purchase the home and knew from that experience that the Underwood Group would take care of us - he did not disappoint! Because we were not in-state for the transaction, we had to trust him with all of the details, and he went above and beyond for us. From meeting with us in odd times as we navigated travel schedules to working out the logistics of finalizing the payment - all exceeded expectations. Though we left the area, I would recommend Shane to anyone with real estate needs in the Central KY area!

Terra was amazing, patient with all of our questions. She was very good at explaining things to us. She was quick to get back to us with any questions or concerns that we had. She went above and beyond when she helped us get our HVAC systems looked at. She made selling and moving as easy as it could be. I would recommend Terra to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Shane had helped my husband and I buy a townhouse so when it came time to sell it we called him. He was so responsive to our situation. He anticipated things we needed to make sure were completed and so encouraging through the entire process. We had the unique perspective of selling two homes at the same time in Kentucky and Michigan. Although our Michigan agent and his team are very good, Shane and his team exceeded the other group in performance and with all of our expectations in getting our home sold quickly and with walking us through all of the details to closing. We really can't think of a weakness in his process. We are very appreciative for Shane and his group for their hard work and attention to detail.
