From the moment we met Shae, her knowledge of the DFW real estate market shone through clearly. She is very focused on helping clients put out the highest quality product and has incredible insight into the most salient selling points of each home. She had wonderful suggestions for how we could prepare our home to show at its best, was incredibly responsive to all our questions, and was happy to go through all the details about the selling process. She even enrolled in a specific corporate relocation program network to work with us to sell our home. She effectively managed our expectations, skillfully handled the sale negotiation, home inspections, and all of the other administrative tasks required to close. Her photographers, support team, and other recommended vendors were highly skilled and professional. Shae is a sound advisor that made the entire process as seamless as possible. Ultimately, she helped us receive multiple offers, after only 48 hours on the market, and close well over list price. We had an overwhelmingly positive home selling experience with Shae and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an agent!

When my husband & I decided to sell our home, we knew we had to choose the right realtor in order to get the best price. Shae came highly recommended by others in our community. As soon as we met Shae we knew she was the one. She was kind, prepared and had a plan for how she’d get top dollar for our house. Her staging advice, amazing photography and use of social media got us a full price offer in just 4 days. She stayed in constant communication with us throughout the entire process never passing us off to someone else. We are extremely grateful for everything she did for us! Shae is the only agent to choose in Coppell. We chose Shae because of her reputation and experience in coppell, and she did not disappoint, helping us to land a house with over 15 offers. The process was really smooth, and Shae took care of everything. She knew the ins and outs of every aspect of the contracts, the neighborhoods, and the houses themselves. As an example, Shae identified a foundation repair that had not been disclosed and we avoided a major headache down the road. We will use Shae for all of our future real estate needs!

Four years ago, with funds we received from selling a property in Florida, we decided to invest in a rental property right here in our hometown of Coppell, Texas. We reached out to Shae and told here just what we were looking for. Shae immediately found exactly what we were looking for and gave us a tour of the house the following day… THEN negotiated a price that was within our range… THEN referred a great inspector who sent us a detailed report within two days… THEN guided us seamlessly through the closing process… THEN listed the property for rent and found us a qualified tenant… The entire process took exactly one week and on day 8 our new tenant moved into our new rental home…INCREDIBLE!! Four years later (earlier this year) we decided to sell the rental property. Reaching out to Shae to help us was a no-brainer and once again, she did not disappoint us. Shae performed a preliminary walk-through of the house with us, helping us identify areas that needed attention in order to quickly and properly prepare the house for a “best price” listing. Shae then referred qualified professionals for new paint and new carpet installation, as well as an electrician for some electrical repairs and upgrades. When the property was ready to list she waisted no time in finding a cash buyer and negotiating a price well above our asking price. Again, she seamlessly guided us through the paperwork and the closing process and was there at the closing to congratulate us on successfully selling our rental home. Listing to closing took 10 days. We’ve worked with other realtors in the past that made us feel rushed or that our business was not worth their time. Shae has always gone the extra mile to ensure that we were comfortable with the buying and selling process of our home and that no project was too big or too small for her to handle. 5 stars across the board! I was a first time home buyer with no clue what I was doing. Shae was incredible. From the first time we spoke on the phone I was confident she’d take care of me. She walked me through each step, from setting me up on a website that automatically finds homes that matched my criteria, sending in my first offer, and everything I needed for closing! Shae went out of her way to be available to me when needed, and if she was unable to make a showing she made sure I was taken care of by her coworker Mason. She was incredibly quick to get in contact with selling agents, often already speaking with them before leaving the house, and never made me feel pressured to send in an offer or feel bad about changing my mind after she’d put in the work. She stuck with me through many showings and weekend/after hours texts. In the end she helped me find the perfect home and got it under asking price! Buying a home is scary, but with Shae leading the way I felt safe and confident thorough the process from start to finish.
