I have never went through a real estate and was a little scared, but scott weaver put all of my fears to rest! I couldve never asked for a better more reliable agent than scott! He went way over and above anything i couldve imagined! Trust me if you need your house sold and sold quickly, mine only took 3 days, he's definetly your man, a five star rating isnt even sufficient enough for his capabilities! He's definitely a 10 to me!

Scott was very professional in all aspects of the sell of our existing home and the buying of our new home. He kept us in the loop when someone viewed our house, prompt in answering any questions we had. Working with Scott was awesome. He kept us informed of everything during the entire process from listing our property to finishing the close of the new property. Scott, myself and my wife were in constant communication, which was a good thing, because it kept us, again, informed of what was happening. I reached out to Scott to help us with the condo we purchased even though he wasn’t the listing agent. We had met him a couple years ago and knew at that time if we ever decided to make the move we would ask him to help us. He is the most honest and helpful person that I’ve met in a while. The process of selling our home and purchasing our condo was made possible and smooth due to all of his hard work. He knew exactly what to do and anytime we had a question he was very quick to respond even on weekends or evenings. If anyone is looking for someone that cares about people and is looking to relocate I will refer him every time. I just can’t say enough good things about him.
