Scott was a recommended realtor from a very close friend of ours. His expertise with the home buying process, knowledge of the area and homes in general was extremely helpful for us as first time home buyers! I would highly recommend Scott as the realtor of choice for the greater Fairbanks region. He went out of his way to explain and make sure we were happy with not only the home, but the process as a whole. Definitely go with “The King of Houses!” He was fast to respond to any questions or concerns we had, and was incredibly patient with all of our first time homebuyer questions.

Working with Scott was very easy. He was very attentive, paid attention to the details, and was very proactive. He made it a point to be present when there were showings by others, inspections and when work was done. I feel the sale of this property went extremely smooth for me especially since I was out of state.

Marketed the house well, arranged showings quickly and efficiently, reported back to us about showings promptly, negotiated offers adeptly with multiple potential buyers, helped coordinate a challenging move. Scott Rosenthal bent over backwards to make sure that our home sold in the timeframe we needed it to and at a price that will allow us to seemlesly find a new place for our family. There were some major bumps in the road and Scott made sure that he took care of them so we could focus on moving and getting settled in our new place. I HIGHLY recommend reaching out to Scott if you are planning on buying or selling a home in the Fairbanks area. He has years of institutional knowledge that are unmatched and he handled the sale calmly and professionally (even though there were points when I was definitely not calm). Scott is a lifesaver.
