You are not only getting a Realtor if you Choose Scott. You are also getting an Appraiser, Inspector, guide. He will explain you everything to you as a Brother and not like a Realtor. Doesn't rush you on anything. Explains the Plus and Minus of the home and gives you comps based on the sales in and around the area. Documentation provided for contract is very professional and thorough. He made our buying process easier. He stands by his ethics through the entire sale. Always available in text/Call in case of any questions. Trust him like a Brother when you are buying a home and all his referral for Inspection, Plumbing or Attorney are all top professionals.

There were some extreme difficulties with two buyers (One wanted a lease purchase, but wrote up an owner finance offer, never rewrote as a lease purchase, but instead wanted Scott and I to do it.) of my home and with the seller of my current home (really it was their agent) so the process was stressful for both of us. The government shutdown messed with my financing options, so we battled that hurdle as well. We struggled, and processed, and brainstormed at all hours and days of the week during part of this time; however, there were also a few moments when I didn't get a rapid response and I went into panic mode (4.5 instead of only a 4 on responsiveness if I could.) Scott has a huge heart, fabulous personality and sense of humor, and extensive knowledge of and resources in all aspects of real estate including selling, buying, searching, financing, bargining, and negotiating.
