It’s not too much of an exaggeration to say that Sarah was our home-buying guardian angel. It was clear from the beginning that she had our best interests at heart — that her only concern was ensuring that we got the home we wanted. Regardless of the number of false starts, or of how much of her time we demanded, she held our hands every step of the way: navigating tricky legal matters, clearing away obstacles, keeping us informed, and never failing to respond immediately — with endless patience and good humor — to our constant questions. Buying a house in Humboldt County is no easy thing, and Sarah’s extensive local knowledge, combined with her deep kindness and expertise, made all the difference. We feel super lucky to have had her by our side. If we are ever in the market again — whether buying or selling — we wouldn’t dream of working with anyone else. We recommend her without qualification.

She was amazing and worked way harder than she deserved to to sell my not so easy to sell house. I will hire her again every time. The renters in there loved her and she was accommodating with their experienc. 10/10 recommend Sarah. She turned a tough experience for us all into a joyful one

Sarah was fantastic! She was super organized and professional and knowledgable of the area. I needed several inspections and meetings with contractors and she found them for me and arranged everything. There's no way I could have done this without her. I will reccomend her to all my friends and would not consider working with any one else in that area.

As a trustee attempting to sell a house remotely can be a tough challenge. Sarah’s incredible responsiveness and ability to manage the details independently made the process essentially seamless and turnkey for me. This sale was especially challenging as the house needed structural as well as cosmetic work which meant numerous inspections and trade opinions. Sarah’s network of trade services was extensive and her ability to get them to show up under a compressed timeline is testament to the quality of reputation she has created over the years in the local community. Her knowledge of the local market was super helpful in selecting a price point that would ensure the house would sell without leaving money on the table. I highly recommend Sarah as a realtor and only wish she covered my home market.

Sarah was absolutely ?? percent the best agent I could possibly have had handle my real estate sale. It was very contentious in many ways and required the utmost experience and professionalism. She was very generous with her time and always upbeat, friendly and optimistic. I highly recommend her.
