Sarah Anderson helped my family sell our winter home this past summer. It was far from an easy sale for Sarah but she was always a true professional. We live in Canada and were only able to meet with Sarah once in person. She truly handled almost everything that needed to be done. She was knowledgable about dealing with foreign sellers and helped us every step of the way. Sarah was patient and understanding when things got complicated. She went well above and beyond her duties as a real estate agent. We truly don’t know how we would’ve gotten through the home sale without her guidance. Sarah is an amazing realtor!

Sarah was referred to me by a previous client. I planned to relocate across town to the Chandler/Sun Lakes area. I bought my last home over 30 years ago. Sarah Anderson was recommended by a friend, who was previously a realtor in the Arizona Valley. The friend was correct as Sarah was outstanding in handling our house sale in San Tan Valley. Sarah guided us through the pricing details with reports and comps for our area. When we left town and returned to Iowa she put the house on the market, actually found a buyer for all our furniture, ensured the move of such furniture and ensured the house was ready for buyers to tour. Sarah continued to keep us advised each step of the way. She also coordinated the pick up of our personal property we had left there. Sarah communicated with the buyers agent keeping the process moving forward all while ensuring financing was being processed in a timely manner. The sale was completed and the house closed in June. Sarah was outstanding and professional in every aspect of the sale of our property and we highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell or buy a house in the Phoenix, AZ area.
