The word “realtor” doesn’t adequately describe the job Marco does. In helping us find our dream home in Summit for over six months, Marco was our local expert, trusted advisor, master in every stage of the home buying process, and, above all else, a friend. While Marco never pushed us toward or away from a home, he was *always* there at the drop of a hat to help provide information, advice, send listings, or visit a home and provide unbiased feedback. Without Marco, the already stressful experience of unsuccessfully bidding on multiple homes would have been unbearable. With Marco, however, the experience was smooth, professional, and, in the end, hugely rewarding. I would recommend Marco without reservation to anyone buying a home in Union, Essex, or Morris Counties. Thank you for everything, Marco.

Marco did an amazing job helping us find the perfect home for our family! He was always on top of listings that came to market that he knew we would like and would always be willing to accompany us to a property no matter how last minute it was. Once we went under contract he was very helpful connecting us with the necessary people. He was very responsive and really made the home buying process fun despite this difficult market. We couldn’t recommend Marco enough to anyone looking for a broker!

Marco is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He knows NP (where I bought) and the surrounding areas well and provided all information I needed in order to make my decision including community, taxes, transportations, renovations, etc. Marco knows the market very well and was able to provide professional and accurate estimate of the market price of the property when I put the offer. He was responsible and super helpful during inspection step. He even looked for waterproofing to come in and quote the repair for me when I was not able to do that in time. He planned things ahead of time, patiently guided me through the purchasing process. He responded to email and messages quickly too. I highly recommend Marco to anyone who is in the housing market looking for a realtor agent to help you.

Renato was a great help with our home purchase in Summit. He was a resourceful guide through every part of the process and always made us feel like he would be there for us to solve any unforeseen issues that might pop up. We had one issue come up during the home inspection but he was truly instrumental in helping us dissect the problem and move the process forward. We would definitely recommend him for anyone looking for guidance with their home purchase.

We couldn’t have bought in the neighborhood we wanted to without Cynthia. She was patient and educated us throughout the process. Anytime we had a question, she helped answer it directly or with the appropriate resources or referrals. We plan to use her if we ever sell and buy again.
