Ms Guthrie was highly recommended by Park manager. Ms Guthrie lived up to the accolades bestowed upon her. She explained to us, the processes of selling a home and how to proceed to obtain positive results. Sara was in constant communication with my wife and I. The bottom line, her hard work and dedication helped us sell our home.

Sara exemplified everything I was looking for in a local real estate agent. I’m from the east coast with experience in purchasing multiple homes in that environment. Sara is truly the only real estate agent I felt that took the time to understand my perspective and goals. She has an extensive knowledge of the local housing market but does not force her beliefs and recommendations upon you. She’ll tell you what she really thinks based on her extensive knowledge of the area and market - a rare trait. Sara helped me find my home in the midst of the most challenging market in 2021-2022. Sara demonstrated a great deal of expertise in the market as well as in the overall process and steps required to drive the transaction to close. With her guidance, we were able to go from start to finish in less than 3 weeks. She went above and beyond on the coordination and logistics as I was not local to the area.
