My property was under a sold contract but the buyer rescinded on the day of closing. My listing had expired, and after recovering from the initial shock, I decided to relist it with the same company, but asked for a more seasoned realtor. Sara stepped up, volunteered to personally handle the listing, and within a short time in a negative market, the property was sold. I can't believe my good fortune to have received such professional handling.

Sara did an exceptional job not only finding my property, looking daily for anything new that came up on the market! She was aware of ALL and any ordinance changes that could effect us, where other agencies were NOT aware of!!! Sara always called me back the same day when she was not available for my calls, and always took care of my needs. I will never use anyone but Sara when it comes to buying or selling real estate! Sara is the BEST!!!

Sara was fantastic, she was very knowledgeable of the area we wanted to live. She was very friendly to all the people building houses in all the neighborhoods we visited. Sara was especially helpful after our purchase as we lived over 200 miles away . She always returned our calls and texts the same day. Pick her as your agent, you will love her.
