Sandy was great from beginning to end while selling my home. Helpful, responsive, understood my needs and met them at every turn. While it took a few more weeks to sell then I believed it would, it still sold sooner thqn othjer homes for a good price. Especially considering the current market. Will never use another agency

Lynette was truly our advocate as first time home buyers. Without ever even meeting us or knowing our needs, she made sure that we were getting the most out of our experiences and showed up every step of the way! She was responsive and we felt we could rely on her to answer our questions whether they were questions for a realtor, or more of a “what would you do” opinion, we knew she had our back! Her experience & expertise in the field are evident and she has a great team! Will absolutely recommend & use Lynette in the future for any & all real estate needs. Sandy and her team were amazing to work with. From the first time we met them we knew we found the right realtors to sell our home. Their attention to detail helped us get the most from our home sale. Them helping stage the house, arranging open houses and tours helped us quickly find a buyer. When things got complicated on the sale, they went above and beyond trying to find solutions working with us, our buyers and mortgage company. I can’t imagine what the process would’ve been like without good people like them.

As first-time home buyers, my husband and I knew we needed an agent who was honest, knowledgeable and responsive. We found all of this and SO much more in Lynsie. For starters, since we had little experience from the get-go, it was important to us that we have any and all information possible for the houses we were interested in. Lynsie was on top of it. She was thorough in her review of properties and transparent with property details. Without us having to ask, Lynsie would send us supplemental documentation, aerial images, upcoming open house dates and other relevant details. Lynsie was also our guide in many other ways, such as helping us understand every step of the buying process, the market and everything else there is to buying a house.
