We worked with Sam Rifkin twice - buying and selling, five years apart. Totally amazing, we would recommend him unreservedly to anyone. The buying experience was wild - we needed to move on a tight timeline. Sam showed us 10 suitable houses in 5 hours - househunter speed dating! - and we made an offer which was accepted that evening. We loved our house! And Sam was always there for us when we needed a contractor recommendation. When we were ready to sell, he priced and marketed our house perfectly - we had something like 40 showings in a week, and accepted an offer at the level we wanted (way more than we'd paid for the house). He's calm and honest and knows his business. We don't live in the area anymore, but we send friends to him when we can.
