Wow! My husband and I cannot speak highly enough about Toni, and her determination, expertise, kindness, patience, and professionalism. Toni helped my husband and I sell our condo in 2020, and purchase our dream home in 2023! She was very honest throughout the entire process, from recommending price points to suggesting when to walk away. We never felt pushed into any decisions. My husband and I strongly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in Detroit!!!

Toni is a phenomenal human. From day one, she guided us kindly and patiently through our first homebuying experience. We had a very specific style and price point we were looking for, and she didn't waste our time with any viewings or properties that weren't a good fit. She was honest with us, and knew so much about Detroit real estate- we learned a tremendous amount in our time with her. She always made time for us on weekends and evenings, and we never felt pushed into any decisions with her. She walked us through the inspection process, and on the day of the closing, I was sad to say goodbye! We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy in Detroit; you will not be disappointed!

Toni did an amazing job assisting me in the process of purchasing my first home. She was VERY knowledgeable of things an excited buyer wouldn’t normally see. She was honest, trustworthy, helpful and persistent. I wouldn’t have found the perfect home without her. She held my hand throughout the entire process, every hiccup or wall we hit she was right there. If there was something I didn’t understand she explained it to me beautifully with no issues. She was very flexible with time and had many recommendable resources that came in handy. Thank you Toni for all your hard work and dedication you put towards getting me into a new home. Your a 10/10, five stars, highly recommend!!!
