Ryan was so helpful competent and fair He helped us sell and buy a new property. He responded quickly to every question or concern. His staff was also excellent. I would recommend him to all potential sellers and buyers.

Ryan helped us sell our condo for more than we originally asked and took a lower commission. If you're selling your house I definitely recommend Ryan.

THE BEST!!!! Seriously, if you like tons of people checking out your house so you can get it sold then Ryan is the guy for you. For as busy as he is, you still get information and follow up for every walk through. If he can't get to you the day after the showing then he has someone send and email/text and gets back to you as soon as he can. Our house was a VERY unique house. His marketing brought in plenty of showings and he stuck with it and probably worked harder than we paid him to. ;) He remained in contact with BOTH me and my husband throughout the whole process. Nothing is perfect, We had a run of weird luck with buyers and contracts falling through. None of it Ryan's fault. Yet he apologized and explained things so we could make quick decisions and get our house back on the market quick. So great to work with. Stellar service, very professional and easy associates to work with. Ryan Kramer Rocks.

I had the opportunity to work with Ryan Kramer and his team on both the purchase of my town home and then a couple years later the sell of the same property. He did a fantastic job and completed both transactions in a very timely manner. His assistant Tiffany did an awesome job in keeping everything in line and helping me out with things around the town home since I was located several hundred miles away. Words can never say how well they did.
