Joel sold my house before it had even been listed. I had worked with him for several months to get my house ready to sell and the very first person he brought over to look at the house bought it for asking price. He also helped my wife and I find a new home. He was very patient and worked with us to find just the right place. Joel is very knowledgeable about the house-buying process and had a lot of insights about the houses we looked at.
