Tim, Ashley, and the entire team at C&C had our backs through the entire transaction. Relocating after just 3 years in our new home was very hectic and they were fantastic with reminders and great suggestions to make the process smoother. When a water pipe sprung a leak on moving day, Tim was able to coordinate with our local handy man to make sure that the entire process stayed on track. We got regular communication (emails, calls, and texts) throughout the transaction, making us confident that nothing was left to chance.

Tim Piek was our agent and my husband and I will be forever grateful that Community & Council connected us with him. From the first call that was routed to their head of lead generation, who had the insight to match us with Tim, and everyone on the administrative staff, they truly cared about the customer experience and wanted to sincerely help. Our agent, Tim, was able to get us from listing to closing in exactly one month during the slow season and over a long holiday. At no point in the process did we need to ask about next steps. Stefanie did an amazing job helping me through this process. It was my first time buying a home and really didn’t know what I wanted. It was a lengthy process but she stuck with me.
