Ryan Argue is the best! We made the right decision on choosing him to be our real estate agent when we sold our condo in February 2021 in RSM. I did the concierge service that Ryan offers. He suggested several upgrades and said I would get my money back plus. When the house sold I got my money back on the upgrades plus an extra 80%. Ryan knows the area, the market and what people are looking for. Within four days we had an offer for 15,000.00 over asking price. Three weeks later we closed. He took care of everything and always answers his phone. Ryan made the sale easy and stress free for me. He got me top dollar for the house. If you want your house to sell for the highest price with little stress, give Ryan a call.

When we decided to sell our home in RSM, we knew Ryan would be the best listing agent in our area and he did not disappoint us! He was very responsive, detail-oriented and on top of everything. He's knowledgeable of what is going on with the current housing market. Since we've listed our house during the pandemic, we felt uncertain as to when we could sell the house but Ryan had guided us and explained to us everything that we needed to know which was backed up with facts. We even received an offer after 2 showings! He also made the showing experience pleasant and easy for us especially that we have a toddler. As a seller, he made us feel that he was always on our side throughout the transaction. We are absolutely satisfied with the services he has given to us. You can never go wrong with Ryan!

A family member had recommended Glenda to us after we were unsuccessful trying to sell our property in Leisure World Seal Beach. She was able to get all the paperwork needed done in half the time as our other realtor, as well as had it beautifully staged. Thanks to Glenda we accepted an offer within a day of listing. Escrow in Leisure World is challenging but she guided us through, keeping us well informed of the progress and we closed on time. She is amazing.
