Making the sales transaction seemed rather simple for us. Ruth's wealth of experience made the process both informative and easy to get through. She was actually the agent for both seller and us, and was able to navigate the issues easily as we went through the negotiations. If we were to be in the market again for real estate, we would definitely give Ruth another call.

This is the second time that we have used Ruth as our realtor. We used Ruth when we also bought this house and were extremely satisfied with her as a seller. She has extreme knowledge of local real estate and the current market for the area. My parents also used Ruth when selling their house.

Ruth has been a wonder to work with. She is very responsive and helpful with house hunting. Her knowledge has proven invaluable. Ruth guided me through four different offers with the forth one finally hitting the mark. With the market as crazy as it is, you need a good realtor and I highly recommend Ruth.

Ruth Killian's expertise shows through every step of the home buying process. She was always one step ahead which gave me an edge as the buyer.
