Ruth Garcia helped us sell our home and buy a new one. She held our hand through the entire process. We received multiple offers on our home and even sold for over asking! Ruth really knew the market and made sure we got what we wanted out of the deal. She really cared about our family. When it came to buying a new house Ruth was VERY patient and just as caring. There were homes she could have talked us into, to make a quick sale. But instead she tried to find us a house that was right for us and what we wanted. In the end she helped us find our dream home and made sure everything that was in her power went smoothly for us. I'm serious! If this woman can make something happen for you, she will! I am beyond grateful to Ruth and I make it a habit to recommend her!

We just purchased our home in Gilroy and the process couldn’t have gone any smoother without Ruth’s help. Coming from the Bay Area, we wanted to work with someone who was familiar with the area and relied heavily on our realtor app to put us in contact with a local realtor. We lucked out in getting set up with Ruth. Our process was very quick thanks to her expertise and aggressive (in the most positive way) action to ensure we got the most out of our search. Throughout the process she was very thorough and clarified every step and questions we had. Even after our purchase, she had gone above and beyond to ensure we have settled in our new home and need further assistance. We will gladly recommend her for years to come!

I want to thank Ruth for all of her help when buying our house. This is the second house that she has helped us buy. She made me feel really special during the entire process and she was always available for any questions. She always has a happy attitude and is really positive.
