Roxanne & her team were knowledgeable in handling our transaction. They answered every question that came up in a timely fashion. The closing was seamless & timely. They made us feel as if we were part of their family & went the extra mile, including providing us a ride to the final walk thru & checking on us after closing to make sure we were ok in our new place. We would definitely buy & sell w the Jesse Team again!

Roxanne was simply a joy to work with. She worked tirelessly to first, help us find an existing property for sale locally that met our needs, and ultimately helped us determine that building a new property was the better option. She (and Sean) made themselves available to assist us with the pre-closing orientation visit and inspection of the home. They were both tremendously helpful in spotting the minor touch-ups and corrections that needed to be completed prior to the closing. Both Roxanne and Sean were with us at the closing to help ensure all went smoothly. We consider both Roxanne and Sean to be an asset and credit to their profession and would not hesitate to give them our highest recommendation and refer others to them for assistance. The Roxanne Jeske Real Estate Team (Roxanne, Nancy, Alyssa and Sean) is the best. I was first introduced to them when they represented the seller of the first home we purchased in Naples. After closing, they stayed in contact with us and were more helpful with questions on the home than our agent. When we purchased our second home, there was no doubt who we were going to use. They represented us with the sale and purchase of our new home in Naples. During this period, they guided us through the home selection process, even suggesting we hold off on the purchase of a unit on the water as they felt it was overpriced. Sure enough, weeks later a similar unit came on the market at a significantly reduced price. It spoke volumes to me on the integrity of Roxanne to look after my financial interests, more than the sales commission she would be making. What really separated the Roxanne Jeske team from the rest was the way they represented us after Hurricane Ian. The sale and purchase of our units were to take place a few days after the hurricane. As we were not local, they made sure the home we were selling was cleaned up and the problems from the hurricane were corrected so the sale could move forward. As for the unit we were purchasing, they insured the damage that was incurred was corrected by the seller. They solicited quotes from contracts on the repairs, set up an escrow with the seller’s authorization and coordinated with all the contractors on our behalf to get the immediate work completed. We were able to close a few weeks after the hurricane and to this day, they are still coordinating some of the additional work that needs to be done on our behalf. I can’t say enough as to how awesome this Team is.

Roxanne and her team are great. They recently handled both the sale and purchase of our homes in Naples while we were in Chicago. She handled all aspects of the sale including getting our place ready to market while we were away and also provided valuable insight on our new home. In addition they provided contacts for all necessary services that were needed. They are truly a full service-value add agency and would highly recommend them.
