Joe, Rose, and the rest of the Mancuso team were incredible! In what could have been such a stressful time to buy a home in this market, Joe’s calm demeanor and insight created a seamless process for me. He worked efficiently to help me negotiate punch list items and made sure that each project was completed before the closing date. Joe made the process simple and easy to understand and I truly appreciated his patience and expertise. I would highly recommend Joe and his team to anyone who is going through the home buying or selling process.

Working with The Rose Team was a great experience. Hiring them, working with a professional real estate broker was the right choice to sell our condo. They were great in helping us go thru the daunting process of selling step by step. Mapped out a plan for us to follow, worked with us for each step and handled all the nitty-gritty details making it easier for us. Great local knowledge, they really knew the area we were selling our home with excellent knowledge of the schools, restaurants, transportation, parks, and the surrounding towns. They did an excellent job with initial market comp studies and they continued to track the market and selling activity over the entire time we were listed, which was key for the final selling price.

Rose and her team were amazing to work with. They helped us through the entire process, getting us multiple offers after the first open house. They were always on top of everything and very proactive in making sure the sale went as smooth as possibly. I highly recommend working with her!

I met Rose Mancuso at an open house and she was my blessing in disguise. She was so charming and her knowledge and wisdom left a lasting impression after our encounter. We had exchanged numbers and I was delighted to hear from Rose a week later. She had contacted me to see how things were going with our search. I knew at that time I wanted to work with her. She had all her ducks in a row and walked me through the process of home ownership. I was introduced to her team member, Joe Wagner, who sent me an endless amount of listings and took the time out to schedule and meet me at open house locations. Joe was a breath of fresh air and my family and I knew we were in good hands, as it turned out to be. The Rose Mancuso Team held my hand when it needed to be held, and was very patient with me along the way. I really appreciated Rose and Joe’s prompt response to my inquiries, their drive and eagerness to get me a home, and all the information I needed to make a sound decision. Ellen Thibault, was also very helpful in ensuring that my paperwork was completed and I was ready for closing day. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. I am forever thankful for meeting Rose and working with Joe. You guys are the bomb!! And, I will definitely recommend your services again, and again, and again, at the drop of a dime.

Rose patiently went through the process with me for close to 6 months as we viewed numerous homes. Amazing experience with the whole team when going through the purchase process. I would highly recommend using this team and will absolutely use them in the future.
