I found Rosalinda over the Internet, as a local expert in Southern Orange County, when I was looking to sell a condo. A few phone conversations and email exchanges convinced me to engage her. It was a very good decision! Rosalinda has been a true professional. I am really glad to have worked with you through two real estate transaction, a sale and a purchase. I dealt with at least 6 real estate professionals in California in the past, and nobody was at her level. Selling side, buying side, additional services, big picture understanding, ... execution. All were great. I made more than expected on my sale and saved on the price for my purchase. Her detail orientation helped me greatly to complete both deals. I recommend Rosalinda wholeheartedly!

Rosalinda helped us sell our home and buy a new home this spring. Working with Rosalinda was always a pleasure and her knowledge, expertise, and negotiation skills were invaluable to us, as she helped us receive an offer $15,000 over the asking price for our old home and negotiate a quick escrow on our new home to make moving as painless as possible. Rosalinda was always responsive to our calls/texts and we felt genuinely cared for throughout the whole process. It was pleasure working with her and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in Orange County!

I highly recommend Rosalinda as a realtor. She handled our probate property very efficiently as I was out of state and had to rely on her for all the dealings locally to handle the sale of the Home. She did this without hesitation and with the utmost professionalism and care in mind, always. She knows her stuff and was honest with her input and truly cared about the outcome of the deal for everyone involved. Thanks to our friends in the area who recommended her she was a blessing to have in our corner.
