This was the third transaction I've done with Ron. And at no point, did I ever consider reaching out to anyone else. That alone should speak to how great of a realtor he is. Not only is he great at things things you'd expect, but he also has a large network of other realtors (which is how he found the perfect off-market listing for me and my family). Anyone looking for a realtor should give Ron a call.

Ron has been excellent in the home search and buying process. When my wife first spoke to Ron, he gave me a run down of what to expect. He was realistic but also provided optimism. Ron and his team helped me work with local agents in the market where I bought my single family residence in upstate NY as well as selling my multi-family residence in NJ. As a first-time seller, his knowledge and expertise helped me navigate this rather complicated process from determining a selling price to analyzing the variables involved with the multiple offers over the asking price from the potential buyers. I asked Ron if he wouldn't mind me leaning on him and his team for advice and guidance through the buying/selling process and they more than made themselves available to answer my numerous questions. This is a professional team par excellence. I would work with Ron again without hesitation.

Ron worked with me for the better part of a year until I found the right house. Buying my first home was a big move for me. I asked a lot of questions and needed some "hand holding" through the process, and my budget was on the smaller side. Despite all this, I always felt like a priority client of Ron's. I am now working with him again to sell my house. By the way, I want to mention that his knowledge of the Newark area is very impressive. I had appraisals done on three different houses, and each time he was within a couple thousand dollars of the appraiser's valuation. He was also able to point out things on house viewings which I definitely would've missed (a mushroom growing in a deep corner of one bedroom, water damage from an overflowing toilet in another basement...etc). Long story short, give Ron a call if you need a realtor. I recommend him to every house hunter I come across.

I went on line to choose a realtor. When I saw her profile, she had a face that could be trusted. I prayed about it and she was the one. Thank God for her knowledge, expertise, and guidance. Not only did she provide her wonderful skills, she provided love and support. She is definitely the right person to come to for selling your home.
