She had a buyer for our house. We were using her to sell our house. She is unresponsive, rude, completely unprofessional. Would never recommend her unless you enjoy being talked down to. She has that "I AM BETTER THAN YOU" attitude that is so common among realtors in the Sarasota area. They think they are amazing when in reality, the market is so strong the the houses really sell themselves.

Robin was EXCELLENT! We were moving from out of state and she handled the process beautifully. We crammed all our our showings into one weekend that ended up being extended because of weather at one of our connecting airports cancelled our return flight. We ended up finding our house the next day. We (ok, I) had few particular things on our (my) "must have" list and Robin made certain to find homes that fit those criteria. In a market that was becoming increasingly competitive, we got the house we wanted under our max budget. One thing I appreciated along the way was Robin's willingness to teach us about the buying process and to confirm that we were informed and comfortable with each step in the process. We have continued our conversations with Robin since buying our home as we consider what possible investment properties could be added to our longterm goals. She has been a great resource for us due to a long history in SW Florida. I could not recommend her more!
