You definitely want to go with a real estate agent like Brooke that goes above and beyond for her clients. She negotiated when needed and was available throughout the day since I have a busy work schedule. I’m a first time home buyer and she walked me through the necessary steps and what she recommended we do in every scenario. She was very helpful, kind and a joy to work with. I appreciate her work and her availability.

Jeremy and his wife Shelbie were helping us when our realtor was out of town. We got an offer accepted and entered escrow and the deal died because of the sellers fault. Jeremy was very helpful every step of the way and was always available to answer questions no matter how late it was. He fought to get us our earnest deposit back and the money we spent on the appraisal and inspection. When the sellers couldn't even make out the check for the correct refund amount, Jeremy made it right and went above and beyond for us even though we weren't his clients. i definitely recommend Jeremy and Shelbie! I can't thank them enough for all the help we were given during this stressful moment! Thank you guys!!??

I met Brooke after my son bought his home with her help and asked Brooke to list my rental property for me once my son closed his escrow she has been extremely helpful in the process of selling my rental home highly recommend her very knowledgeable and a great person to work with Thank You Brooke JC

Susan was beyond amazing when it came to selling our home. She was accessible 24/7 and on top of every detail. She had our home listed and within 24 hours we already received a full price offer as well as many others. She worked with her team to maximize our returns and kept a very open line of communication between all parties so the escrow went smoothly. She also found us our dream home and as nervous as we were about selling and buying a new home she made it so there was nothing to worry about. I would definitely rate her a 10/10 and appreciate all that she did for us!

Susan was beyond awesome! She was went above and beyond to make our first-time homebuying experience great and smooth.
