What a fantastic experience we had with Jay! There’s no doubt that he is very knowledgeable about the market and customers, but more than that he’s a gem of a person! This was our second time listing a house with him, and he went above and beyond. Being out of town, it was not easy to coordinate the reno but he had his team working on the house like it was his own. He was very honest and open from the get go and set realistic expectations based on the current market conditions. I highly recommend anyone who’s looking to buy or sell, just go and talk to Jay. He will guide you like a friend!
