My wife and i were in the process of searching for a home and had asked around to find an agent that was highly recommended. When we met Bob and told him our price range and what we were looking for he put together a list of houses within that budget. Every time something new became available he would give us a call and have us check it out to see if we wanted to go look at it. We kept him busy thats for sure. He was very knowledgeable and knew the right people to call and inspect any concerns we had. You can tell it was from his experience and truly caring about what he was selling us. We found a home in a matter of time and currently cant wait to get into it and make it our own!

We were new to the area and didn’t know anyone to give us a recommendation for a good agent. We spent weeks interviewing agents trying to find the right one. I knew we would hire Bob after our first phone meeting. He displayed a high level of knowledge and confidence that made us feel at ease as first time buyers. We viewed a few homes until finding our dream home that has several other offers. Bob was able to Negotiate a fair price that was within our budget. I would highly recommend Bob to anyone (seasoned or first time buyer).
